Press/Cuozzo brokers $1.2 million building sale
Cheshire, CT Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services completed the sale of the former Furniture Barn property at 535 West Main St., a 25,000 s/f retail showroom facility set on 1.61 acres.
The buyers, JAB Partners, LLC will relocate their business Rebel Interactive Group from Southington.
The property closed for $1.2 million. Bria Durant of ReMax Alliance represented the buyer.
