Press|Cuozzo brokers two sales at
$252,000 and inks one lease
Hamden, CT Mark Foreman of Press|Cuozzo has sold two contiguous industrial condominiums at 35 Corporate Ridge. Units 6 and 7 were 1,000 s/f each and closed at $252,000. Foreman represented the seller. Troy Clark, and Joe Scarpellino of Coldwell Banker represented the buyer, James Keaney, Jr. The transaction closed March 24, 2024.
Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo completed an office lease to North Branford Family Chiropractic and Wellness, LLC at 46-52 Park Pl., Branford.
The chiropractic practice joins Joint Effort Guided Exercise at this high-traffic location across from Branford Post Office and one block from the Branford Green. Stevens represented the landlord, NNJ Properties, LLC and procured the tenant on this long-term lease.
