Press|Cuozzo closes three-building sale and 5,000 s/f flex lease

New Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR of Press|Cuozzo Realtors has sold three contiguous income-producing properties at 451, 455-459 Orange St., in the East Rock neighborhood. The buildings are in the Yale rental area and are set on a combined .51-acre site, offering off-street parking and potential for future development.

Press and Mark Foreman of Press|Cuozzo Realtors were the listing brokers representing the sellers, 451 Orange Street Associates LLC, and David Candido procured the buyer, SOHU, LLC. The transaction closed on July 25^th at $2.175 million.

Press, SIOR has also arranged the lease for a 5,000 s/f flex unit at 1492 Highland Ave., Unit 5, Cheshire, Conn. The space offered 70% creative office space with glass walls, and high-end finishes, 30% warehouse with OH door. Globaltech Solutions executed a long-term lease with the ownership, CCT Highland LLC. Press represented the owners and procured the tenant.
