Press|Cuozzo Commercial arranges 2,500 s/f lease
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo Commercial services has arranged the signing of a full floor, 2,500 s/f lease at the Meadowbrook Building, 2751 Dixwell Ave. The long-term lease commenced August 1, 2023, with Affinity Care of CT. Press represents the ownership, OZ Equities, LLC, and Mike Grieder, of Goden Property Brokers represented the tenant.
