Press/Cuozzo Commercial brokers $1.55 million sale of 19,000 s/f industrial building and .19 acre parking lot
New Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, was the sole broker on the transaction representing the buyer, Brown Street New Haven LLC.
The sale included a vacant 19,000 s/f 2-story masonry building at 99 Water St. set on .37-acres.
The second parcel, 109-111 Water St., consists of a .19-acre parking lot.
The properties are located in the Wooster Sq. area of the city. A historical area located a short distance to Yale University and the the city’s CBD.
The $1.55 million sale closed on January 28, 2022.
