Press/Cuozzo Commercial relocates Companions & Homemakers

Hamden, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Companions & Homemakers have relocated their regional office from New Haven to 2518 Whitney Ave.

Companions and Homemakers leased 1,800 s/f on a long-term basis and opened for business on January 1. Companions & Homemakers have been providing live-in home care and hourly home care services to thousands of clients in the state since 1990. Companions & Homemakers has eleven offices statewide. The new location is a quarter of a mile from the intersection with Dixwell Ave., a highly used travel corridor between Hamden and the city of New Haven.

Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services represented the building ownership, and senior associate Joel Nesson represented Companions & Homemakers. 

Press/Cuozzo Realtors, with offices at 2751 Dixwell Ave., has been serving the Greater New Haven area since 1990.
