mixed-use for $1.65 million

New Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services negotiated the sale of 987 State St., a 9,116 s/f, East Rock, mixed-use building with a combination of office and retail on the ground level, and five residential units on the upper floors. Press represented the long-term ownership Wombat Towers, LLC and procured the buyer, 987 State, LLC. The off-market transaction closed early May at $1.65 million.
