Press/Cuozzo completes sale of 16,200 s/f in Hamden
Hamden, CT According to Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal, has completed the creative sale of a long-term land lease at 1960-1970 Whitney Ave. This 1.6-acre site is improved with two office/retail buildings totaling 16,200 s/f.
The financial terms of the acquisition of the land lease were not released. Press represented all parties.
