Press/Cuozzo completes two transactions totaling $865,000
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has completed the sale of the following properties:
• 2524 & 2536 Dixwell Ave., a 1,900 s/f commercial building set on .64 acres in Hamden, was sold on July 6th at $450,000 with Press representing the ownership/seller, TCE Holdings, LLC. The buyer, 2524 Dixwell, LLC, was represented by Renee Stevens.
The building had been the home of Anatomy IT, and will be the new location for Home Health Care Speciality Services, which is relocating from another Hamden property.
• 275 Branford Rd., a 3,600 s/f former law office building set on .39 acres in North Branford, with identity on high traffic Rte. 139, near the intersection of Rte. 80.
The transaction closed on June 25, 2023, at $415,000. Press and Renee Stevens, commercial advisor, represented the seller, 111 Whitney Avenue, Inc, and procured the purchaser 275 Branford Road, LLC. The buyer intends to convert the property to a veterinarian facility.
