Press|Cuozzo facilitates 5,300 s/f restaurant lease for Sushi Kingdom

285 Boston Post Road - Orange, CT

Orange, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has facilitated the lease signing for a 5,300 s/f free-standing restaurant facility at 285 Boston Post Rd.

The former Eli’s will reopen as Sushi Kingdom and will be operated by Sushi Kingdom, Inc. This is a concept of all-you-can-eat Japanese and Thai cuisine. 

The ownership restaurant group has restaurants in Canada, Las Vegas and soon to open in a location on Long Island, known as Sakura Japanese and Thai, and Dragon Rolls.

Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo had been marketing the property for the ownership, 285 Boston Post Road, LLC and procured the tenant for the long-term lease.
