Press|Cuozzo facilitates sale of industrial building for $800,000
Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo has completed the sale of 5 Hamden Park Drive, consisting of a 11,350 s/f industrial building set on 1.15 acres in the Hamden Business Park.
Press represented the original owners, Jomar, LLC on the marketing of the very well maintained facility and procured the buyer, J.F.D. Tube and Coil Products, Inc.
The transaction closed on October 7, 2024 at $800,000. The buyers will occupy the building after significant modifications.
