Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services and Godin Properties sell 19,580 s/f industrial building for $1.295 million
Oxford, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services negotiated the sale of 324 Christian St., a 19,580 s/f industrial building set on 2.52 acres. The transaction closed on August 17, at a sale price of $1.295 million.
Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press|Cuozzo, represented the seller, Sophie Zara & Lazerbaumara, LLC.
Mary Buckley of Godin Property Brokers represented the buyer, Anvil CT, LLP.
