Press|Cuozzo leases 13,000 s/f warehouse to Vermont Tree Goods
Wallingford, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services completed the lease at 805 North Colony Rd. for a 13,000 s/f warehouse.
Press|Cuozzo had sold the 25,500 s/f building in late 2021 and the ownership occupies 12,500 s/f for a new 10 bay virtual golf facility, with full bar and restaurant facilities known as Back 9 Social.
The 13,000 s/f will be occupied by Vermont Tree Goods – they are the exclusive source for the largest selection on natural edge planks from old growth Vermont hardwoods.
Their heirloom trees have a wide range of unique character and planks are milled as large as 6 feet wide by 20 feet long. This will be their Connecticut showroom.
