Press|Cuozzo leases 7,750 s/f

 

 

North Haven, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services negotiated three leases.

Design Specialties, Inc., will be relocating to a new 3,750 s/f space at 51 Giles Ave. Stephen Press, SIOR represented the 50,000 s/f multi-tenanted complex and the ownership, D.F.C. of Giles Avenue, LLC and procured the tenant on this long-term lease.

Press completed the negotiations for a long-term 2,500 s/f office lease at 135 Cherry St., Milford. The balance of the building is occupied by Amity Physical Therapy. The new tenant is Strategic Solutions Therapy, a family, couple, and individual therapy practice. The planned opening is April 2023.

Press represented the owner, Dow Enterprises, LLC and procured the tenant.

Press|Cuozzo relocated Henry, Raymond, & Thompson, LLC  to One Evergreen Ave., Hamden. Renee Stevens represented the owner, One Evergreen Properties, LLC, and Press represented the tenant in the 1,500 s/f long-term lease.
