Press of Press/Cuozzo brokers $920,000 sale of 8 units in the Wooster Square area of New Haven
New Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, completed the sale of 2- 4 unit buildings in the Wooster Square area.
42 Warren St., consisted of a 2,454 s/f brick row house with 4 one-bedroom units, and 52 Warren St. consisted of a brick 2-story 3,336 s/f building with 3, two-bedroom units and 1, one-bedroom unit.
The packaged closed at $920,000 with Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services as the listing broker for the sellers, Cimmino Realty Co., Inc. and also procured the buyer.
