Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services sells 13,340 s/f in Hamden
Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has completed the sale of 2447 Whitney Ave., a 13,340 s/f medical office building at an undisclosed price.
Press represented the seller, Whitney Medical Group LLC, and senior advisor Joel Nesson represented the buyer, SG & SG, LLC.
Press/Cuozzo Realtors, with offices at 2751 Dixwell Ave., Hamden, has been serving the greater New Haven area since 1990. Press/Cuozzo Realtors provides residential brokerage, relocation services, and the services of a commercial/industrial division.
