Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services sells 5,347 s/f for $836,000
Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, has completed the recent sale of 31 Whitney Ave., a stately 5,347 s/f, three-story brick historic building known as the Kingsley-Havermeyer House, a New Haven landmark building.
The transaction closed on December 20th at $836,000. The buyer, Christian Union, Inc., was represented by Michael Richetelli of Colonial Properties.
