Hamden, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services has arranged the sale of an industrial building located at 1050 Sherman Ave. The 18,500 s/f building is set on 1.66 acres with 2,400 s/f of modern A/C office space, one dock and one OH door.
The property closed at $780,000, and will be occupied as an additional location for Tri-Lift, Inc.
Press represented the sellers, Olde Ways, LLC. Steven Inglesse, SIOR of the New Haven Group represented the buyer Murgo Empire, LLC.
