Press of Press/Cuozzo receives two awards
New Haven, CT The New Have Middlesex Association of Realtors held their annual commercial division award dinner.
Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, was presented with two awards. The 2023 Deal of the Year for a restaurant sale of 1640 Whitney Ave., Hamden – a 5,000 s/f restaurant facility with a residential unit on the upper level: the new home of Amici’s Restaurant.
Press received the 2022 Chairman’s Award for his dedication and distinguished service to the New Have Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division of the association.
