Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors closes three-tenant investment sale for $2.2 million
North Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR of Press/Cuozzo Realtors has completed the recent closing of an investment sale consisting of three tenants: Webster Bank, School of Rock, and a KinderCare facility.
The properties are located at 70 and 70A Washington Ave. and 34 Woodside Dr.
The transaction closed on December 17, 2025 at $2.2 million.
Press represented the buyer, 70 Washington Avenue LLC, and Larry Madow of Calcagni Real Estate represented the seller, The Alvin S. Berger 1999 Family Limited Partnership.
