The award presentation took place during the organization’s Annual Awards Dinner at Amarante’s Sea Cliff, attended by more than 50 commercial real estate professionals from throughout the region.

As exclusive agent, Press represented and marketed the former Eli’s Restaurant property located at 285 Boston Post Rd., procuring Sushi Kingdom as the new tenant for the 5,000 s/f location. The restaurant will bring its Japanese-Cajun dining concept to Orange, further enhancing the retail and dining landscape along the Boston Post Rd. corridor.
