Press|Cuozzo arranges $1.1m sale of multi-tenanted medical office

North Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR and Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services arranged the sale of a boutique multi-tenanted medical office building. 

The sale of 100 Bdwy. was completed on October 1, 2025, at $1.1 million translating to $99.25 per s/f. Press|Cuozzo represented the seller, 100 Broadway North Haven, LLC, and procured the buyer 100 Broadway LLC.

The 11,085 s/f building set on 1.4 acres is positioned on Bdwy. near State St., offering accessibility to both the Parkway and I-91, with immediate access to Washington Ave., Rte. 5.

The sale of 100 Bdwy. underscores the appeal of North Haven as a premier location for office and user properties.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
