Press of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services brokers $1.22m bldg. sale
Guilford, CT Stephen Press, SIOR, co-principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, completed the sale of 29 Whitfield St. located on the Guilford Green.
The property in the town center Historic District consists of a two-building, mixed-use complex set on .36 acre and houses Mix Design Store, the former Greene Gallery, along with residential units.
Press represented the seller, Kathryn Greene, and the buyer, Whitfield Park Bench, LLC. The transaction closed at $1.22 million.
