Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services negotiates 9,500 s/f industrial lease at 30 Montowese Ave.

North Haven, CT Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has leased 9,500 s/f of industrial space at 30 Montowese Ave. Stephen Press, SIOR, represented the landlord, 30 Montowese, LLC as the exclusive listing broker in the transaction. The newly-leased free-standing building has been secured by Kendall Doors and Hardware, LLC, which will utilize the facility as its new East Coast distribution center. Strategically located just off Exit 9 of I-91, the property offers highway access, making it ideal for regional logistics and distribution operations. The tenant was represented by Nick Langello of Sell Some Property.
