The industrial asset offers highway access and a highly functional layout suited for warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing users. Pierce will utilize the property for the expanding frozen food division of Zuppardi’s Frozen Foods LLC, helping support the company’s continued growth and increased demand from both local and national markets.

In addition to representing the buyer in the acquisition, Messore will also be handling the leasing of the remaining 9,300 s/f of warehouse space available at the property.
