Press/Cuozzo completes sale and lease transactions
420 E. Main Street - Branford, CTBranford, CT Senior advisor Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo Realtors recently closed on a 900 s/f office condominium at Thimble Creek, 420 E. Main St. The unit sold for $92,500, Debra Franco sold to Brian Delgavo.
Nesson also leased a retail store at 3030 Whitney Ave. in Hamden for 3030 Whitney Avenue Associates LLC and Stephen Press, SIOR, represented the tenant, Silver City Vapors II.
At 3074 Whitney Ave., Nesson leased an office suite to HR Management Concepts, LLC.
