Press|Cuozzo leases 15,000 s/f industrial building

North Haven, CT Stephen Press, SIOR , president of Press/Cuzzo Realtors said that his associate, Susan Criscuolo, has leased 85 Defco Park Rd. The 15,000 s/f building is sited on a three-acre lot allowing for on-site vehicle storage.  

Criscuolo marketed the property on behalf of the landlord, CJ Realty Co., and procured the tenant Elite Limousine Service Inc. The long-term lease commenced June 1, 2026.

Elite Limousine Service Inc., will be relocating from 575 Washington Ave., that they grew out of quickly, and they also maintain locations in Norwalk and Hartford. 

Criscuolo has been awarded their sub-let listing on their Washington Ave. location.
