Press|Cuozzo represent buyer in sale of 20,300 s/f industrial building

East Haven, CT - Renee Stevens of Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services has completed the sale of an industrial property located at 182 Commerce St. The 20,300 s/f building, situated on 1.66 acres, was sold in September for a purchase price of $1.8 million.

Stevens represented the buyer, Priyal, LLC while the seller, Schneider Electric USA, Inc., was represented by Peter Shiue of Colliers International.

The property offers access to I-95 and I-91, and its industrial layout makes it ideal for warehousing, distribution, or manufacturing. The sale reflects interest in industrial assets in the area.
