Princeton Properties’ celebrates
grand opening of The James Apartments

Haverhill, MA Princeton Properties has welcome The James Apartments into their portfolio, as well as held the grand opening celebration. The celebratory event took place on September 30th at 895 Boston Rd., bringing together local officials and businesses to mark a new chapter in the city’s continued growth.

“This apartment community reflects the culmination of more than 50 years of building and managing exceptional apartment homes, showcasing the very best of who we are - innovative, forward-thinking in design, mindful of sustainability, and committed to both our residents and the communities we serve,” said Sarah Greenough, president of Princeton Properties.

The James Apartments is an example of Princeton Properties’ promise to build for the future while staying true to its legacy of quality and care. Princeton is especially excited to see this vision come to life in the Bradford neighborhood of the city.

There were many important people and organizations involved working to make this project a reality, including partners at Time Equities Inc., working alongside Max Pastor and the other TEI executives. They would like to thank the city of Haverhill, city council, Pilot Construction, Brookline Bank, Enterprise Bank, Rob Schaefer, and to distinguished Haverhill native, Brian Dempsey.
