Spotlights
For the past year, Sterritt Lumber has been proud to be an integral part of the renovation of the Harvard Fogg Museum, renowned for its extensive holdings of European and American art. Including natural lighting and FSC certified lumber, the Fogg Museum is aiming for LEED Gold certification.
With Sterritt Lumber's close proximity, and long standing relationship to Harvard University, it was a perfect match to supply sustainable building materials to the builders. Materials provided include FSC certified subflooring, plywood, and framing materials. This massive sustainable lumber order totaled over a quarter of a million dollars. We applaud everybody involved in this project, and look forward to consulting on materials and supplying the rest of the project.
