Greenfield Corporate Center prepares office for two state agencies

Construction is nearly complete on new offices at 143 Munson St. for the Department of Children & Families and the Department of Transitional Assistance. Turnover of the completed spaces for both agencies was scheduled for late April with occupancy in late May. Development Associates of Agawam was the project manager and financing was provided by Greenfield Savings Bank. The new space is the latest addition to the Greenfield Corporate Center, a 25-acre Class A suburban office park on Rte. 91. The 170,000 s/f office property, formerly a call center for Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance, was purchased in 2000 by local investors and features a back-up generator, full cafeteria, health club, data center, card-access system, and onsite management. The property is occupied by Sunlife, Phoenix Life, Virtus Investment Partners, and other local and national tenants. The building offers furnished and networked call center space for immediate occupancy through its leasing agent Development Associates of Agawam.
