Our direct lending program offers financing for opportunistic acquisitions, the refinance of unencumbered real estate quickly to unlock equity, discounted note purchases and/or recapitalizations of under-water assets, construction completion, condo inventory loans and development site acquisitions.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Watching Mr. Rogers with my 3-year old daughter.
