What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Currently I am the CEO of Titan, a private lender that primarily does bridge lending in the Tri -state area. In the future, we plan to expand the business by opening our platform to family offices, hedge funds, and broker dealers.
How do you unwind from a busy day in real estate? Basketball, jogging and/or playing with my two boys.
Favorite book or author: "The Road" by Cormac McCarthy. If everyone read this book the world would surely be a safer place just from the sheer terror of living in a post nuclear state.
Favorite movie: There are so many great choices but I first fell in love with the movies watching "Rocky."
