Project of the Month: Lahey Beverly brings new dynamic to Connolly Brothers's office building at 152 Conant St. in Beverly, Mass.

Lahey Clinic's local community practice, Lahey Beverly, has relocated to a brand new facility at Connolly's prominent first class office building adjacent to Rte. 128. The new location at 152 Conant St. offers exceptional convenience to Lahey patients and staff. Connolly Brothers Inc. served as construction manager for the 12,000 s/f, primary care practice which includes provider offices, 24 exam rooms, a large waiting and reception area, along with laboratory services and bone density testing. Connolly's in-house design department collaborated with Beth Ganister of Ganister Fields Architects and Lahey personnel to come up with a space plan and construction documents. "Connolly Brothers were just wonderful to work with. They created a beautiful new space for our Beverly team of internists, nurse practitioners and support staff. They were really fun to work with and were quite attentive to everything down to the littlest detail," said Pamela Gagnon, director of site operation and compliance for the Lahey Community Group Practices. "We are thrilled to have Lahey Beverly join us here at 152 Conant Street" said Steve Connolly. "They have added a new dynamic to our buildings." The physicians of Lahey Beverly including Frank Carbone, MD, David Dobson, MD , Agnieszka Heith, MD , Li Li Huang, MD, PhD , Joseph Shalhoub, MD and Dmitriy Zilber, MD have provided internal medicine to their community for more than 30 years along with allied health professionals Victoria Gantz, NP and Sharon Richard, NP. Lahey Beverly is currently welcoming all new patients to this great new location. Connolly is a construction management firm founded in 1880. The company specializes in private industrial, commercial and institutional construction management and design/build projects. Connolly is particularly proud that annually more than 70% of their construction volume is repeat business.
