Project of the Month: Proficient Builders completes 42,000 s/f expansion for Energi on an aggressive 13 week schedule

Energi, a leading provider of risk management and insurance programs for the energy industry, contracted Proficient Builders to build out their 42,000 s/f two phased expansion. The additional space will support home office operations that include accounting, finance, marketing, claims, information technology, human resources and administration. In addition, the company has developed a state of the art education & training center to support Energi Associates along with a Commercial Insurance School, geared towards its affiliated independent insurance agents in the United States and Canada. The project, designed by Savoie Architecture, consisted of all new mechanical, 10 sky lights, 2 Skyfold Partition walls, a large employee café, new bathrooms, expanded server room, two additional break areas and high end floor to ceiling glass walls for training rooms. The project was completed on an aggressive 13 week schedule that included 3 major holidays - Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's.
