Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the $230,000 sale of 2 Townsend West to SCMI Realty, LLC according to Mark Prolman who represented the buyer and Neal Barrett of Colliers International New Hampshire who represented the seller MACATTACK, LLC. The 3,038 s/f office and warehouse space will be occupied by Schroeder Construction.
