ContiTech Thermopol Inc. has moved into its new home in the Brady Sullivan Technology Park at 35 Industrial Way. The silicone rubber hose manufacturing company now inhabits 91,577 s/f of Brady Sullivan Properties' business complex.
"ContiTech is a perfect fit for the Brady Sullivan Technology Park," said Charles Panasis, director of commercial real estate at Brady Sullivan Properties. "This property was originally owned by a manufacturing company, so we're excited that this division of the multinational corporation has decided to remain in the seacoast region and become our largest tenant at this property."
ContiTech is the real estate development company's largest seacoast tenant. The company joins the Strafford County YMCA, eCoast Sales Solutions, Granite State College, and Radianse at the Technology Park.
Brady Sullivan Properties took ownership of 35 and 35E Industrial Way in 2005.
