Prolman Realty Inc. sold a 1 acre site at 559 Amherst St. to Piekarski Realty Holdings LLC. Mark Prolman represented the buyer.
The site will be used for future expansion for Gate City Collision.
According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds the sale price was $450,000.
