Prolman Realty, Inc. completed the sale of 436 Daniel Webster Highway to Buckley-Abbott, LLC. According to Mark Prolman who represented the sellers, Anderson Sweet Properties, LLC, the 4,168 s/f building was previously occupied by Swan Chocolates and functioned as a retail store and central kitchen. The new owner plans on utilizing the building as a bakery and kitchen facility for Michael Timothy's Dining Group. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the selling price was $440,000for the real estate and $25,000 for business property.
