According to Cardente Real Estate, Cameron General Contractors, a Nebraska-based developer of luxury senior living housing has purchased 9.71 acres of vacant land at 10 and 20 Executive Dr. from Affordable Mid Coast Housing for $4 million. This transaction was brokered by Mark Sandler of Cardente Real Estate, Tom Moulton of The Dunham Group and Craig Young of CBRE/The Boulos Company. In another transaction, Duffy's Tavern and Grill, has leased 11,749 s/f of retail space from Michael and Gregory Mezoian at 168 Saco Ave., Old Orchard Beach. This transaction was brokered by Sandler.
