Mark Prolman of Prolman Realty, Inc. sold 89-95 Main St. to PNDS Group, LLC. Prolman represented the seller, Jordan Realty Corp. and assisted the buyer. For the past 50 years the 5,000 s/f property was occupied by Jordan's Luggage. The new owner intends to operate a train hobby business.
According to Hillsborough County Resgistry of Deeds, the selling price was $395,000.
