Prudential Commercial Real Estate sells 93-95 Atlantic Street
93-95 Atlantic St. was sold on September 6. This four-story elevatored building has recently undergone a total renovation. Two 2,000 s/f loft style apartments and the first floor 1,700 s/f retail space are available. The building was purchased by Palace Lofts, LLC. Lester Fradkoff, senior vice president of Prudential Commercial Real Estate represented both parties.
