Prudential Conn. Rlty. and Correia Comm'l. R.E. broker $390,000 sale
According to Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage in Avon, 1 Massaco St. has been sold. The 3,160 s/f office building, next to town hall, was acquired on March 17th for $390,000 from Luv Monkey II LLC by Martocchio Music (formerly in Avon) for its new music school location.
Bruce Cagenello, CCIM of Prudential Connecticut Realty Commercial Brokerage and Rich Correia of Correia Commercial Real Estate represented Martocchio Music in the transaction. RLM Co. represented the seller, Luv Monkey II, LLC.
