What was your greatest professional accomplishment in 2015?

Providing a keynote presentation as part of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Leadership Institute about “Living Your Life as a Leader” in October. Based in Washington D.C., the event was digitally transmitted live to four other locations across the country.

What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2015?

Award of the $100 million New London High School project in June.

What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2016?

With an office focused on commercial interior design in Norwalk, commercial property owners are investing largely in capital improvements to attract tenants in the area, and from out of state.  Tenants are basing their new/renewed leases on amenities and common space appearance to make them look (and feel) better.
