What was your most notable project, deal, or transaction in 2016?
Sale of a 100,000 s/f complex consisting of an 80,000 s/f class A office property, with 20,000 s/f of retail and commercial space for $10 million.
What are your predictions for commercial real estate in 2017?
There may be an increase in rates but, we are seeing good activity in all asset classes, which I believe will continue in 2017.
