Ashland, MA Senior advisor Garrett Quinn of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston has completed 20,725 s/f of lease renewals and new deals at 260 - 300 Eliot St. also known as the Ledgemere Industrial Park. The six-building portfolio is owned and managed by Parsons Commercial Group, Inc. and consists of 245,000 s/f of flex, industrial and retail space.

One of the park’s largest tenants, Elite Gymnastics Academy, a gymnastics training facility, renewed their lease at 260 Eliot St. for 12,700 s/f. A new lease for 4,000 s/f of industrial space was completed at 270 Eliot St. with Limitless Protective Solutions, a local company that specializes in exterior protection services for vehicles. Limitless Protective Solutions was represented by Jon Pezzoni of Avison Young. Lease renewals at 300 Eliot tenants include Knowledge Connections (tutoring services), Town House Pizza (family owned and operated pizza shop and restaurant), Pet Pals Grooming Center (dog and cat grooming services) and Leiby’s Flower Shop (garden and flower shop).
