R. Calabrese Agency and Godin Property Brokers lease 2,650 s/f
Southbury, CT Ralph Calabrese, principle of R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed the leasing of 2,650 s/f to Pediatrics Associates of Conn. PC.
The long-term lease began August 1 and is located in an end-cap of a plaza shared with Mattress Firm and Wells Fargo Bank.
Located between exits 14 and 15 of I-84 and near CVS, the plaza provides parking and visibility with 20,000 cars per day traffic.
Calabrese Agency, represented the landlord 229 Main Street, LLC and Brian Godin of Godin Property Brokers represented the tenant.
