Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the seller, 17 Acres Captain Neville Drove, LLC in the sale of 17 acres located along side I-84 at Exit 25A.  CarMax purchased the property for $4 million and plans to develop its trademark used car dealership, as well as a regional service center. 

Since CarMax’s inception in 1993, the Fortune 500 Company has grown to over 140 stores nationwide, and has sold over five million cars.
