R. Calabrese Agency brokers $4 million sale
Ralph Calabrese, R. Calabrese Agency, LLCWaterbury, CT Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the seller, 17 Acres Captain Neville Drove, LLC in the sale of 17 acres located along side I-84 at Exit 25A. CarMax purchased the property for $4 million and plans to develop its trademark used car dealership, as well as a regional service center.
Since CarMax’s inception in 1993, the Fortune 500 Company has grown to over 140 stores nationwide, and has sold over five million cars.
Carmax was represented by Tim McNamara of SullivanHayes Companies Northeast, LLC.
