R. Calabrese Agency lease 17,825 s/f to Aldi’s Grocery in Southington
Southington, CT According to Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC, ALDI’s Grocery at 785-811 Queen St. has opened. The long-term ground lease will accommodate a 17,825 s/f grocery market. ALDI’s operates over 1,600 stores in 35 states and employs over 25,000 people. Over 40 million customers a month shop at ALDI’s.
Other tenants joining ALDI’s in the new shopping center include Chick-fil-A, Chipotle, Go Health Urgent Care, Mission BBQ and Admire Dental.
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord, Queen Developers, in all the leasing deals.
Over the past three years the R. Calabrese Agency was responsible for placing Noodles, Smash Burger, Dunkin Donuts and American Eagle Credit Union on Queen St. as well as Outback Steakhouse and Chili’s Grill and Bar back in the 1990s.
