The 10,400 s/f building resides on 1.46 acres and is located at a four-way signalized intersection. West St. is a heavily traveled commuter corridor connecting Bristol and parts of Southington to I-84. 

This was the eighth transaction consummated by the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC along the West St. corridor over the last five years.
